
SALON POLICY
Please take a moment and familiarize yourself with our Salon Policies. Created to ensure the absolute BEST experience for all of our guests and the career success of our Service Providers!
Cancelation Policy:
We require a minimum of 36 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid late cancelation fees. Please cancel your appointments by phone call to Rose & Co. Salon or Email info@roseandcosalon.com. Clients canceling less than 36 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Rose & Co. Salon. A non refundable booking fee will be required for further bookings if "no shows" or late cancelations continue.
At Rose & Co, we understand that situations, accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 36-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancelations, or no-shows.
Late Arrival:
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call our salon and let us know. We offer a 10 minute flexibility window, however, your services may be altered to fit the time remaining in your appointment or your stylist the right to refuse the service to prevent inconvenience to following scheduled guests. If this happens you will be responsible for the full amount of the original services booked.
Confirming Appointments:
Please feel free to take advantage of our online booking 24/7. After booking is requested, and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email or text message. Please confirm appointment by clicking the link in the email or text message, or calling the salon to confirm by phone. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of requesting please contact us as this usually means that the request was not completed. We'd like to avoid this disappointment as much as possible! If we do not receive confirmation from you one of our salon front staff will contact you to confirm.
Children:
To ensure the relaxation and enjoyment for yourself and all guests please make childcare arrangements prior to your visit. Children must be accompanied by another parent/guardian and must not be left unattended. We currently do not offer discounted rates for children and youth haircuts and will be charged at our regular rate.
Booking Fee:
Some services at Rose & Co will require a Booking Fee before services can be reserved. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of services. For questions or information regarding which services require deposits please call us at 250-770-3164.
Cell phones:
Please silence phones and use ear pods while receiving services to ensure you and other guests have a relaxing experience in salon.
